Company Liquidation

Liquidation is the process of closing a business and selling the assets of the company to pay back its debts (they are called creditors). Getting a company into liquidation usually takes 8 to 14 days.

Once  in liquidation the company’s bank accounts is frozen, the directors powers end and the company stops trading.
