The options

Initially we want to understand what you would like to achieve, asses the financial pressure you are under and work out the total your business owes. 

This helps us to decide which insolvency option is right for you. Dependant on your circumstances, it may be the simplest option is to close and liquidate. In some cases it maybe to try and keep the business going by administration or a Company Voluntary Arrangement.

Insolvency is a minefield of jargon and probably all unfamiliar to you. However, for completeness here is a list of what we can help with.
