A viability statement is a requirement of Statement of Insolvency Practice 16 which covers all the extra reporting rules and requirements to satisfy a pre-pack administration has been properly carried out.

There is no exact layout of a viability statement. Usually it is a cash flow projection showing that there are sufficient funds available to get the company trading for a year.
