Will I get my money back?
Once appointed as liquidators, we will review the use of the deposit account to establish if funds can be returned to customers.
How long will it take?
The company is due to go into liquidation on 20th May 2022. Once appointed, we will then make it our priority to review the deposit account and contact customers as soon as we can. As a guide, this may take 3 months or more to sort as we will also be relying on the bank for supporting information.
What can I do to help?
Please send an email to Nathan@kirks.co.uk or Vicky@kirks.co.uk to confirm that you are a deposit creditor and the amount that you believe you are due. Please complete a proof of debt form if you have not already. Here is a link of how to fill one in.
Will I receive my goods?
If good are completed and in store then we will look to arrange for these to be posted out to you. Any orders which are in process will not be completed.
What if my money won’t be returned?
In this instance, we would advise that you contact your bank or card provider to see if you are covered by them for payment of goods that you will not receive.
Please note that this is only if we are unable to return the funds so you will need to wait before you do this. We will tell you when to do this if we can not recover your funds in full.
